Naturally, we work with each brand to agree an appropriate distribution strategy.
Salesforce
Devgen has a team of field based Account Managers / Merchandisers to service Tolkowsky & ZEADES retailers. All are equipped with Lap-tops and Blackberry’s to ensure efficient communication with the office.
Sales order processing
Within the offices we have access to in-bound and out-bound operators enabling us to ensure appropriate service levels at all times for all brands.
Devgen runs a specially configured version of SAGE MMS for all enterprise reporting and Management Information.
